Coppice Community School

As Headteacher of Coppice Community High School, I knew that I had to embark on tendering our catering services to achieve best value - yet the thought of how to go about this was still somewhat daunting!

Fergus Small and Scrutiny were able to readily understand what my specific requirements were, and set about providing a bespoke tender process, throughout which they worked with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

The end result of the tender process has resulted in:

• Far better food for pupils
• No financial cost (for either the tender or the on-going service) - thereby allowing funds to be directed 100% into pupil benefits
• An additional capital investment at no cost to the School, that has allowed us to improve the overall ambience of our dining facilities

Scrutiny continue to be supportive now the services are established, I would not hesitate in recommending their services.
